Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Orders are usually packaged and shipped within 4 - 7 business days.
Shipping Methods
New Wonder ships internationally from Japan via DHL.
Once shipped, packages usually arrive within a week.
All packages will have a tracking number and will be sent through email.
Shipping Cost
The shipping rates depend on the country and will be calculated upon checkout. It is a flat rate fee! Please note that in rare cases, DHL will occasionally charge remote area fees! In this case, I will reach out to you directly with the information and options! This is not a surprise charge and you will be notified beforehand with the option of a refund as well!
Custom Duties
New Wonder is not responsible for any custom tax! Please refer to your country's custom tax regulations. (For US customers, DDP is offered as an option as one of the shipping methods)
My package is damaged/lost
If the jewelry is damaged during shipping, or has been lost please contact us at newwonderjewelry@gmail.com. We'll try our very best to fix any situation by either sending a new package or issuing a refund.

What payment is accepted?
Currently, we accept credit cards and paypal.
How to return an item and get refund
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our jewelry and want a refund, please contact us at newwonderjewelry@gmail.com. All refunds are issued only when we have received the item. We do not cover the return shipping cost.
Jewelry Information/Care
What warrenty do you offer?
New Wonder offers a 30 day guarantee on our jewelry. This covers jewelry defects such as loose parts upon arrival or within a few wears. Bubbles or difference in color from pictures, any damage caused by dropping or tarnishing due to contact with water and chemicals, will not be included in our guarantee.
What is it made from?
Most of New Wonder's jewelry is made from high quality resin. While I try my hardest to prevent them, the method I use for most of my pieces create mirco-bubbles. Please keep this in mind before ordering!
What kind of gold/silver do you use?
We use a variety of parts, most being 16K Gold Plated and Rhodium Plated Silver. We also offer certain options on our stud earrings such as stainless steel for customers who are sensitive to metal.
General Care
Please store your jewelry in a box or bag.
Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, bath, or anywhere where it could get wet. Soaps, cleaning supplies etc may cause your jewelry to lose it's shine or tarnish so we recommend removing the jewelry.
Handmade Jewelry
All of New Wonders jewelry are handmade with lots of care and love. Because they are handmade, we ask that you please treat your jewelry with care. If dropped or smashed against hard surfaces, it may cause the jewelry to break which will not be covered by our 30-day guarantee.
One of a kind
Since our jewelry are handmade, no two pieces will ever look the same. Some jewelry will have bubbles, different colors, and will not have the exact same color patterns and scheme as the photos. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not offer refunds or replacements for any of these particular reason. We currently do not offer photos of single pieces due to the demand and tight schedule that we are on. We ask that you accept and understand this when purchasing.
